time there I had spoken to several people from all over the United States as well as some from the United Kingdom. I did speak with several different types of customers nervous and calm and at times I had to deal with some very futile customers that were at times very upset. All calls were handled firmly but by the end of the conversation they hadn’t been nervous or had stopped yelling and were very relaxed and understanding.

Maintenance Inventory Manager
Hourly Wage-$12.50
I was the soul person to organize the parts that were located in the maintenance supply room, putting the parts into bins, labeling them by part number, and by the machine that they were to be used on.
I kept track of parts that needed to be restocked into inventory and created the purchase requisitions along with specifying the quantities that needed to be ordered with our computerized maintenance inventory program, called iMAINT. This included calling vendors for a faxed quote, and attaching the quote to the requisition sheet for the maintenance manager’s approval.
Received items into our department when shipped from vendors by DHL, UPS, or Fed Ex, wrote all items down in a log book and kept track of where they came from, quantities of packages, and whom the boxes were to be delivered to.
I went to training classes for the computerized maintenance inventory system in order to learn how to use the system correctly. I put assets, part numbers, pricing, etc. into the computer when the new computerized maintenance system was first activated in our plant. And currently use the system to create work orders and complete them as well.
I also work in accounts receivable with their Citrix Dynamics program also Goldmine, receiving all orders for the maintenance department, plant orders for supplies, safety office, and the apartment complexes which the company owns and rents out to employees. Filed all purchase orders in alphabetical order, and filed all purchase orders for the apartment spending in separate files in alphabetical order as well.
Create spendature, receiving, and inventory reports in Excel, Word, Crystal Reports, and Dynamics reports for the vice president, and plant manager as well as the maintenance managers of the company.
Create several different types of check sheets for basic building maintenance and planned maintenance of machines, with Excel and Word for the maintenance managers of the company.
Placed orders with different vendors for miscellaneous supplies including chemicals, office supplies, and maintenance machine parts.
Ordered uniforms, kept track of and issued two way radios for all company personnel, filled out vacation and non scheduled day off forms for all maintenance personnel, reconciled and disputes with maintenance personnel checks and hours with human resources.
Set up accounts with new vendors for the accounting department, met with new vendors after accounts were set up and maintained vendor relationships for the company, which included providing them with whatever they would need when a vendor would come to our facility to perform service calls.
Worked at the companies other facilities with the inventory control program, included setting items up in the computer and organization of the parts.
