trouble shooting with unhappy customers. My medical work history here in Missouri began with Hospice which I found very rewarding and enjoyed for two years. Currently I am employed at Cox Monett Hospital, both of these positions I require(d) excellent communications skills to accurately communicate health care situations to both the doctors as well as to the patients and their families. Since my work history has been in the medical field, I a have been exposed to multiple medical situations which has made me aware of different medical conditions. In addition to my medical experience, I have strict work ethics, work well under pressure, believe in being a “team player”, am self motivated and very detail oriented.

I am currently at Crowder College in Neosho and one semester away from having my Associates degree in the area of Communications. I have received top grades in all of my classes which focused on my communications degree, such as public relations, all faucets of media, conflict resolution, speech and journalism. This semester I am taking Spanish II to present myself more marketable in my desired field. Once I graduate from Crowder, I plan to transfer to MSSU and work on my Bachelors degree. It is my goal to acquire a position in the filed of communications while I am working on my Bachelors.
Personal characteristics that I have which supports my goals is that I am self motivated, very goal and detail oriented, I enjoy working as a “team”, I am honest, dependable and a firm believer in open communication.
I worked very hard at a young age to receive my nursing license and have an extensive work history with servicing others. I enjoy dealing with the public and have a desire to please others with excellent customer service. After years of a caretaker in the medical field, it is now my desire to transition those caretaking/people pleasing skills from health care to an area of Communications.
