 Worked with Aarti Drugs Ltd., Rashesh Chemicals Div., MIDC-Tarapur (Thane) (one of the largest manufacturers of bulk drugs and an ISO 9001:2000 company having turnover of Rs. 300 crore) as a Production Officer from 17th Sept. 2002. to 8th Feb-2006.

 Worked with UCB India pvt. Ltd. (PHARMA MNC)-G.I.D.C-VAPI, as a production officer from 21st Feb-2006 to 15th Mar-2007.
Job responsibilities:

• Carrying out field and laboratory testing of drilling fluid and mud chemicals as per API standards.
• Assist in preparation and submission of tender related to mud engineering services.
• Handle & troubleshoot FRP (Field Reporting package) software used at rig site.
• Procurement of all testing equipment / mud chemicals / lab chemicals / safety items required for laboratory and rig site.
• Well versed with most of the mud chemicals used during drilling.
• Run, maintain and manage the mud system
• Maintain a stock of inventory on the Drilling Unit and ensure that adequate stock is available on the Drilling Unit to maintain and run the mud system
• Responsible for conducting all mud test in the laboratory
• Responsible for supervising other Contractor personnel
• Interact with geo-scientist and drilling engineers and conceptualize subsurface
issues.
• Perform mud engineering
• Prepare mud as per drilling and mud program

Work Experience:
• Worked as a drilling fluid engineer in workover well (development) for the Ultra Short Radius Development (USRD) project.-Mehsana-Gujarat.
• Currently working as a laboratory engineer for Jubilant (Agartala) and Geoenpro (Kharsang-A.P) project.

Mud systems handled:
KCL/K2SO4-Polymer-Glycol-PHPA nondamaging solid free mud, Bentonite mud, Brine (Nacl/Cacl2)

Present Salary: INR 460000/-per annum.
