Abstract
MATLAB/SIMULINK are very essential tools that helps in better understanding of control system design process. This dissertation deals with the analysis of how these tools are helpful. To illustrate the point, respiratory control system and cardiovascular system have been taken as examples of non linear physiological control system and examined in great detail that the analysis of these physiological systems is made easier by the use of MATLAB/SIMULINK as programming tools.
