The scope of the project involves creating a whole module of Multi Colour Decorator(MCD) web handling unit such as
 3D Modelling
 Detailing
 Assembly
 Entry of GDS(Global Design Sysytem)
 Preparation of BOM.
The various MCD units executed are:
1. Ink Reservoir.
2. Anilox Shield Station #2 shielding.
3. Drive Pedestal.
4. Torque Tube #1 station #4 Linkage System.
5. Torque Tube #2 station #4 Linkage System.
6. GCD Bracket Ladder storage.
7. Global MCD Bracket Ladder storage.
8. Cylinder Arm Station #4 Linkage System.
9. Ventpipe – Reservoir.
10. Cover – Reservoir.
11. Stop Ink Reservoir.
12. Flange Bearing.

 Torque Tube station Linkage system:
Software used: SolidEdge V18
This involes creation of Modelling, Assembling and Detailing of the linkage system and entry of GDS.Torque tube is created as per the drawing input with various interpretation of design standards(ASME) and even checked for design validation.

 Drive Pedestal:
Software Used: SolidEdge V18.
This also involves Modelling, Assembling and Detailing of pedestal with given input. Drive Pedestal consisting of 2 plates assembled together which positioned perpendicular to each other and checked for design validation with entry of GDS.

 Ink Reservoirs & Brackets:
Software Used: SolidEdge V18.
Various Ink Reservoirs were modeled and assembled as it is used for the impression of the letters in the various familycare, femcare, Beauty care wrappers.Brackets were also created as per the drawing input and GDS is also entered.
Project # 2 – Duct Water Passage(American Hydro)

Description:
The Task is to generate complete 3-D model from scrap and to give full development detail of the Plate. The main criteria are to check no leakage in inner profile of the duct. This duct used in Hydro-Power plant.

Project # 3 –Valve Casing Assembly

Description:
This valve assembly is used as one of the equipment in navy. This valve used as a motion controller this project involves modeling, assembly, analysis, and manufacturing drawing. In this valve casing is the typical shape with variable cross section. I have done modeling the casing with the help of IGES, IBL scan data with minimum duration of time.

Description:
This manifold was developed from the Autocad drawing in which the 2D part is converted in 3Dmodel.The model was regenerated and it has been analysed for easy review of the customer.

In this part the wheel consisting of ribs and grooves were complicated and it
has been scanned and the datas were obtained to give the full featuring model and it is assembled.
