Roles & Responsibility:

Project Management

• Part of a Cross Functional Team working on New product development.
o Project Planning
o Project implementation
o Project verification or evaluation
• Drive projects to completion, and keeping the final aim result oriented.
• Plan and organize strategies needs to accomplish the specified objectives.

New Product Development

• All the work related to New part developments per Advance Product Quality Planning and Product Part Approval Process from T1 trial to customer approval and handling it over to regular production.
• To arrange evaluation/Testing/Inspection data inline with Customers specific requirement or as per system requirement.
• Co-Ordination with Sub-Ordinates and updates the record as per customer requirements.
• Prepare Quality plan for approval part.
• Arrange an event supply (Before production on testing sampling basis e.g. T-1, T-2, etc) and deliver to concerned customer and get feed back on the same and share the critical/ problematic area with concerned department and get counter measure from department and get the problems rectified up to customers satisfaction.
• Preparing & reviewing process Process flow chart, Process failure mode effect and analysis, control plan for the products to be productionised.
• Encompass customer complaints, recommendations, data and information observed from internal/external customers…in short implementing “Voice of Customer”.

Previous Experience:

1) Worked with M/S Minda Industries Ltd. (Lighting Division), since Sept. 04 as an Member (Engineer) Quality Assurance up to Sept. 2006.

TYC Minda Lighting Division Collaborated with TYC Brother Ltd., Taiwan. Minda Group of Industries is setting this new plant for manufacturing the modified design of vehicle lights like 800CC, Wagon R, Swift, Indica as an OE supplier.

2) Worked with Gabriel India Ltd. (Strut Division), since Sept. 2001 as an Engineer Process Quality Assurance up to Sept. 2004.

M/S Gabriel India Ltd, Gurgaon (TS-16949:2002 certified) which is a leading Strut and Shock Absorber manufacturing company. Gabriel deals with high profile customers as Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, Ford, Hyundai, Toyota & Bajaj.

Training attended:
• Went to TYC Brother Ltd.,Taiwan for 15 days for seeing Automatic Line of Vehicle Light Manufacturing during project stage.
• 15 days training of Vehicle Light Mfg. Process at Minda Light, Sonepat.
• 15 days System Training in Mindarika which includes TPS, TPM, KANBAN System, Kaizen & 5S.

Exposure :
• Installation of Hot Melt Dispenser & Back up line.
• Hot Melt Dispenser Robot Programming.
• Process validation and customer approval for new set up line.

Awards:
• Merit certificate in Diploma.
• Awarded Bronze medal for Maximum Suggestion.
• Awarded prize for Good Attendance.

Qualification:
• Passed three years Diploma Course in Electrical Engineering with 73% marks from H.P. Technical Education Board in year 2001.
• Passed class 12th in1998 with 75% marks from H.P. Board.
• Passed class 10th in1998 with 78% marks from H.P. Board.
• Pursuing AMIE in Electrical Engineering (IInd Section) (only two subjects remaining).
