• Preparing the Gantt chart and update the every day design activity
• Creating the die block model using PRO MOLD
• Analysis of available die design
• Finalize the die block model size based on the raw material available in the market (Value Engineering)
• Study the FLOW 3D results and provide effective cooling to all parts
• 3D Modeling, splitting and detailing the parts by using ProE
• Preparing the layout and total die design with complete drawing for all parts
• Conduct DFMEA Meeting with process engineer and tool maker
• Fulfill the all design check list and timely handing over to process
