• Provided well site drilling fluid engineering services to Saudi Aramco affiliated oil companies of Saudi Arabia. Maintained drilling fluids as per oil companies’ policies for Horizontal/ Side track/ Vertical wells.

• Worked on Development wells 10 – 12 wells / Exploratory deep wells(01)and Shallow wells (2 – 5 wells)/ Water injector wells/ Work over and sidetrack drilling wells 7 – 10 wells in the Major oil fields of Uthmania, Udhalia, Khurais, Haradh, Hotha, Nuymn, Marjan. Work over/ Drilling rigs, Qatar (Dukan, Zekreet, Jaleha)

• Worked in Marjan oil field of the Off Shore (Charles Rowan) with LTOBM in Work over – Sidetrack wells.

• Worked on various WBM, Emulsion mud, LTOBM, Polymer, Clay based drilling Fluids/ Milling Fluids, High-density mud (114 lb/cu ft), High density Completion Brines, Solid free LTOBM (for SSE). Worked in High-pressure High temperature Gas wells.

• Used various chemicals required for maintaining drilling fluids parameters in high temperature conditions. Experienced in trouble shooting in all drilling situation including high angle horizontal wells, pressured and reactive shales.

• Calculation of MBT, Mud Rheology, Water loss (API and HTHP), Alkalinity Test (Mf, Pf, Pm), Chlorides, Hardness, Solids and Sand percentages, Shale density and Shale Factor etc

• Experienced in the optimal use of Solid control Equipments System. Attended seminars on safety and solid controls in time.

• Experienced in handling kick, stuck pipe situation, partial and total loss zones, H2S gas environment adopting proper safety measures including breathing apparatus sets.

From 2002 to 2006: Explor Oil Otech, MES to Oil India Ltd and

Focus Energy Pvt ltd.

• Worked with drilling contractors and operator rigs in 14 – 15 rigs operating in Gujarat and Rajasthan, using water base dispersed and bentonite base non-dispersed, CMC-FCLS, KCL-PHPA, KCl polymer, Salt saturated mud systems.

• Provided mud services in development deep and shallow wells in Gujarat/ Exploratory Gas wells of Rajasthan.

• Water Testing: The test involves measurement of pH, total solid content, total soluble solid, alkalinity, acidity, chlorides, sulfate, carbonate, bicarbonate, nitrate, silica, iron, phosphate, calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, unsaponifiable matter, iodine value, saponification value etc.

• HPLC: The analysis involves measuring % of paraffinic, naphthenic & aromatic content, % of polar, asphaltenes, resins & wax content.

• Proficient with MS-Office in Windows, internet and Networking environments, Preparation of Daily mud reports, well recaps and summaries.
