/> 1. Develop, innovate and cascade regional innovations/formulations for oral care products according to consumer satisfaction, Unilever guidelines, regional regulatory guidelines and business profit.

2. Ensure the safety and Stability of new formulations under the local working conditions and manufacturing equipments.

3. Advice equipment required for improving product quality.

4. Prepare the Ingredient lists that will be labeled on the product packs according European and any other country specific requirements.

5. Review and approve packaging Artworks of products in terms of labeling of ingredients and shelf life.

6. Conduct Pilot trials for prototype sample preparation of new innovations that will be used for regional stability, local health registrations and regional consumer testing purposes.

7. Arrange and conduct Regional Feasibility trials through requesting required raw materials either directly from Supplier or through operating company buyer and setting dates with planning and making teams, attending trials and reporting and communicating trial results

8. Preparation and circulation of Technical Execution packs for new innovations were all technical information of product, packaging, key learning and recommendations are complied in one file.

9. Post- launch evaluation of the Products through technical appraisal of product’s performance vs. competition.

10. Support in Cost effective projects through evaluation of new suppliers and testing of alternative raw materials.

11. Technical support for Sourcing projects, through evaluation advice for raw materials used, specific equipment and country specific regulatory demands.

_ Conducted an eight weeks clinical single blind study to prove the efficacy of Fair and lovely cream in a cross functional job with skin care category, the study was conducted under the supervision of the Ministry of heath and product claims were proven like “ whiter shade in 8 weeks”.

_ Supported sourcing projects of oral care products to Turkey, Maghreb and Kenya, through technical advice and evaluation.

_ Contributed in a global harmonization projects for all oral care formulations and raw materials used.

_ Developing and writing a series of Educational training materials in Oral care products for awareness and in depth technical level that were published on the training & learning section of Unilever Global R&D Forums of Oral and Hair care categories.

_ Preparing and harmonizing the labeled ingredient lists of Oral care products according to European directive and Unilever guidelines for ingredients listing and labeling

_ Contributed in the launch of more than 16 regional projects for Signal and close up toothpastes, most recent are: signal complete 12, Close up limited edition variants and Close up milk nutrient.
