• Topic of Ph.D.: Synthesis, Characterization and Analytical Applications of New Chelating Resins: My research work is related to wastewater treatment and tackling of industrial pollutants. This work assumes greater significance in the light of recent environmental hazards being produced by numerous industrial and urban developments. My work basically involved preconcentration, separation and removal of toxic metal ions from wastewater, industrial and geological samples, using Chelating resins which were synthesized by suspension, impregnation and interfacial polymerization techniques.
• Research Publications: Six Research papers have been published in the journals of International and National repute. One of the research papers has been communicated and another one has been presented in a National conference.

(April 2008 – till date).
