Project Description:
Information collection about the budgeting procedures and preparations.
Preparation of budget estimates based on comparison of previous year expenditure
current year estimation and estimate future year.
Understanding of various budgetary controls as they are regulated by Ministry Of
Finance.
While studying the budget planning I have observed variable costs and fixed costs
and their behavior.
Finally I analyzed various types of budgets they are using and their pros and cons and proposed some changes in the budget planning.
