• Ph.D. in Microbiology (Awarded 7th June 2008) from Gurukul Kangri University, Haridwar, India, (Thesis entitled “Enhancement of productivity of Sesamum Indicum through nutrient management and Azotobacter inoculation”).
• Pursued M.Sc. Degree in Microbiology (Ist div.) from Department of Microbiology, C.C.S. University, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India in the year 2003.
• Pursued B.Sc. Degree with optional Botany, Zoology, Chemistry (IInd div.) from C.C.S. University, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India in the year 2001.
• Pursued Intermediate (10+2) with optional subjects Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Hindi, English (IInd div.) from U.P. Board, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India in the year 1998.

KNOWN MICROBIOLOGY AND MOLECULAR BIOLOGY TECHNIQUES:
• Isolation, characterization & screening of various microorganisms,
• Various microbial staining methods, Light Microscopy, Phase contrast microscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy and spectrophotometric techniques, Bacterial Endotoxin Testing, Microbial testing of compressed air, Identification of microorganisms isolated from clean rooms, Maintenance and preservation of microbial cultures on slants & lyophilization.
• Microbial Drain Points Monitoring and equipment surface monitoring, Environmental Monitoring of clean rooms and Personal Monitoring, Microbial limit testing, Microbial limit testing of potable water etc.
• Mutagenesis of microbes (physical, chemical and mixed mutagenesis).
• Isolation of DNA, restriction digestion & ligation, competent cell preparation, transformation, cloning, agarose gel electrophoresis, PCR methods etc.
• Protein purification by precipitation, chromatography methods & electrophoresis (Native & SDS-PAGE), dialysis , immune-electrophoresis, Strip & Plate ELISA etc.
