A company providing software consulting services to clients in the US. Major recruitment process happens from India Office.

Job Profile :
Ø Interacted with assigned Accounts Manager in the US office on requirements on day to day basis from clients in the IT Industry.
Ø Delegated one part of the requirements to Team members, and worked on the others on priority basis. Received minimum of 5 requirements per day.
Ø Sourced resumes from job boards like Dice. Majority sourcing was done from Vendors and References through emails and telephone calls.
Ø Interacted with vendors in regards to legal status and contract agreements of Consultants with Clients. Also negotiated salary terms with vendors and consultants. This comprised of pre-screening of the consultants before submitting their profiles to the Accounts Manager.

Ø Other assigned work involved H1 Transfers. This required sourcing of profiles from the job boards and head hunting. Interested consultants were provided to come onto the Company’s payrolls and work onsite with clients in different states of the USA.

A Human Capital Management Company involved in Recruitment & Management services in India & the US. Resourcing and Onsite Staffing & Recruitments were part of the operations.

Job Profile :
Ø Worked on permanent positions in the Pharmaceutical Industry, a few from the IT Industry, received from recruiters in the US office. The requirements came as Job Orders with the job description and job profiles.
Ø Sourced profiles by head hunting from competitive companies; on internet used Yahoo & Google searches including other US web- search sites like Eliyon, Career Builder, Monster.
Ø Pre- screening of the candidates involved talking to them in concern to their interest in job changes and their job profiles.
Ø Prepared consolidated lists of the details of the profiles with the team members before checking it again and sending across to the recruiters in the US office.
Ø Apart from the list a centralized database resource called ‘Recruiter’ was used to manage the complete details of the profiles. This was updated daily for access by the recruiters and others.
Ø Another process called ‘pre- sales’ was also part of the work, which involved preparing list of Competitive Companies, make cold calls for business contracts for hiring & staffing.
