Nurses Aide (CENA)-November 2000-May 2007-Had the responsibility of the care and daily living needs of 25 patients, primarily in the Alzheimer’s Unit at Tendercare Nursing Facility. This included hygiene, feeding and assisting in their daily needs. Worked in the homecare unit for Alpena General Hospital as a Nurses Aide assisting patients daily in their homes.

Opened and closed any accounts, handled traveler cheques, and also cashed in bonds and certificates of deposit. Worked closely with investment counselors to provide customer financial needs. Trained any new employees hired in as tellers.

Additional experience as bookkeeper, handling accounts receivables and accounts payable transactions for a CPA firm and small bookkeeping firm. -(1982-1991) Microsoft Office, Excel, and Lotus 123 experience.
