Revised and inserted additions to employee handbook for Corporate Flight Management located at Smyrna Airport, Smyrna TN, John Tune Airport, in Nashville TN, and Bowling Green, KY.
•Operated the payroll, human resource and benefits departments for all the above-mentioned locations, including 13 out stations across the united states, from BNA, Nashville, TN., Airport. Organized and supervised the drug program, background investigations, US Postal background checks, & Hazmat.
•Established the accounting department, records keeping & training status current for Music City Charter, Smyrna TN; company started downsizing; flight & training records current.
