Aims and objectives of projects:-
1) In-vitro efficiency of seed germination.
2) In-vitro isolation of explant.
3) Callus induction and somatic embryogenesis.
4) In-vitro regeneration from meristematic tissue.
5) Induction of roots from the regenerated plants.

Equipments handle:-
Laminar air flow, electronic balance, Autoclave, Hot air oven.

Technique used:-
Flame sterilization, Autoclaving, filter sterilization(HEPA filter), surface sterilization.

Results of project:-
1) The half strength MS media at PH-7 supports maximum seed germination percentage.
2) In present investigation we were able to induce the multiple shoots from shoot tip explant.
3) In present studies on Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera ) callus obtained from cotyledonary leaf and hypocotyl explants.
