Job Profile
In depth technical understanding of the messaging platforms which includes products such as BulkSMS, M-Gateway, AppSMSC, MMSC and Subscription Engine.
In depth technical understanding of the data platform which includes Live TV and Video Portal.
Coming up with new features, which can be implemented on the existing product platforms.
Drafting product documents for any new product/product feature introduced in the messaging as well as the data space, after having complete technical understanding from the development team.
Coordinating with the sales team, in making clients understand the product platforms, through giving presentations to the clients.
Understanding client’s requirement of the product features, and coordinating with the development team to develop the same.
Sending out technical as well as commercial proposal on the product, across to the client.
Working on the Bill of Material for any product, as a part of the commercial proposal.
To coordinate with the support team, in order to solve any issues, those are faced by the client in the operation of the product installed.
Enabling opening up of new client accounts on the Bulk SMS platform.
Projects Undertaken
Worked on the proposal for SMS Monitor for Airtel, Delhi.
Worked on the proposal for Subscription Engine service called as “SMS Pack for Balance Information” for Airtel, Orissa.
Worked on starting up of “Tollywood Subscription Service” for Airtel, AP which enabled subscribers to receive SMS alerts on south movies.

Bulk SMS service entering into the aggregator space.
Launch of MMS Subscription service in Airtel, Delhi circle.
● Making of the product note as well as presentation on MMS Subscription Service, covering the service as well as technical flow details.
● Coordinating with the content provider “MAUJ” for getting the content available for the service.

Project Title: Analyzing the corporate usage of VAS and ISD services.
Duration: 3 months
Project Description: Collecting primary data on the Airtel corporate clients who are using other service providers for making ISD calls, through questionnaire, analyzing it and coming up with customized ISD plans for the clients, so that they can be brought back to Airtel’s network. Also study the VAS usage of the Airtel corporate clients.
BE (Final year):
Project Title: Automization in agriculture
Duration: 6 months
Project Description: Safeguarding the crops from excessive rainfall and temperature through an automated shelter provisioning, that is drawn over the fields during unfavourable climatic conditions. The automatic operation of the shelter is enabled through the use of microprocessor, which is programmed for a particular height of rainfall and temperature that is good for the crops.
