• D.Ch.T (Chemical Technology) from Pallavan Polytechnic in the batch of 2002, Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu, India
Technical skills:
*Proficient in - Preparation of G.A Drawings and Isometrics based on P&ID and plant layout.
- Design of pipe (thickness calculations) as per various codes (ASME 31.3 etc
- Pipe support and Rack design, Expansion loop design.
- Zero/Intermediate/Bulk level MTO.
- Piping Material Selection/Specification/Valve Data Sheets.
-Pressure design of Process Piping and Component as per ASME B 31.3 [Straight Pipe, Flanges, Elbows and Miter bends, Reinforced branch connections, Blanks, Blind flanges, Expansion joints].
- Pressure design of liquid Hydrocarbons and Gas Pipelines as per ASME B31.4 & ASME B31.8.
- Static and Dynamic analysis of piping systems (Sustained loads, Occasional loads & Expansion loads)
- Hydraulic design of Liquid Piping and Pipelines (Pipe sizing, Pump head & power calculations)
*Knowledge of - PFD and P&ID
- Equipment drawings
- Plot plan
- Process plant layout
*Familiar with - International Design codes & Dimensional standards.
Viz: ANSI/ASME, API, BS, ASTM & there use in design, analysis and calculation.
