Independent in charge of Accra & Tema, Ghana.
Managing channel sales, fleet sales and demand generation activity with sales team.
Leading a team of three Sr. Sales Executives, one Service Engineer, and back office staff for achievement of sales target.
Monitoring and Motivating sales team as well as operation for excellent performance.
Meeting big fleet owners and transporters to understand their requirement.
Developing and Appointing Dealers and Fleets to expand product reach in the market.
