SAP ABAP Technical Consulting
Analysis of user requirements in order to understand the problem domain and to suggest the alternatives available for a solution to them. Also review of the alternatives available and to pick the best solution and to design a solution for it.
Working with the ABAP/4 workbench.
Configuration for Output Determination, Dialog Programming, BDC, LSMW, SAP Script, Smart Forms, Reporting and Data Migration from Legacy system to SAP R/3 using BDC.
Uploading master and transactional data from material master, vendor master, purchase order, sales order into SAP R/3.
Evaluation of testing standards and documentation recording.
REPORTS:
Classical Reports:
Worked on a report that will give the material list by creation date.
Worked on a report that will give the low stock warning.
Worked on a report that will give the good receipt listing with vendor name.
Worked with a report that will give the stock aging report for raw material.
Sales order report and dispatch details.
Creates a report that displays details of sales quantity in given date. Output shows material no., plant current month sales, previous month sales, last year same month sales.
Developed ABAP list view report program for material value to display list of all materials under a plant. Selection-screen contains plant, material type.
Developed an interactive report for material analysis for plant and material.
BDC Programs & Conversions:
BDC program using MM 01 transaction code.
BDC program for uploading vendor master data using transaction XK01.

REPORTS
Classical Reports:
Worked on a report that will give the existing stock for a material-by-material number. The report will also give subtotal of the stock for each storage location & grand total of the stock at the end of plant.
Worked on month wise sales report according to the sales organization.
Created Vendor Performance Report that list Vendor Name, Material Supplied, Planned & Actual Delivery times, Payments Terms and Prices.
Created Report to display a list of Purchase Requisitions with details like MRP Controller, Release date and Unit of Measure along with standard details.
Interactive Reports :
Worked on an Interactive report, which displays the details of purchase order. It displays the fields like Purchase Doc No, Quantity, Posting date, Item details etc. After displaying the above details, if the user double clicks on any row the history details should be displayed corresponding to that particular purchasing document number.
Created missing quantity list that gives the difference between sent and received quantities during stock transfer.
Worked on a report to display the sales order including customer, amount, document no., invoice no.
Created Report on Material Master Show the latest Material till the report Day.
SAP Scripts
Modified the layout for Order Confirmation and its Print program to list finished goods Qty / Prices and semi damaged goods Qty / Prices in separate lines for the same line item considering discount.
Modified the layout for Invoice and its Print Program to list finished goods Qty / Prices, and semi damaged goods Qty/Prices in separate lines for the same line item.
Smart Form
Worked on a Smart form for the existing SAP Script for the Purchase Order with the client requirement.
