I. Factory Manager(Cycle Tyre & Tube Unit): I have been working in RUBCO Limited as Rubber Technologist , a multi product business conglomerate based on Rubber Products in Kannur, Kerala State since September 20,1999. Promoted as Factory Manager (Cycle Tyre & Tube Unit) w.e.f 1st September 2006.I am reporting to the Managing Director.
Job/Duties/Responsibilities
1. Overall responsible for the Product Availability as per the market Demand and to meet the Budgeted volume.
2. Responsible for delivering Quality product in the Market place.
3. Responsible for overall plant cost & Profitability.
4. Responsible for continuous improvement on Quality Systems & Processes and New product developments
5. Maintain a cohesive &harmonious relationship in the Plant team.
6. Maintain and follow the inventory norms for all materials and finished goods.
7. Develop skill levels of the plant employees and supporting them to achieve their targets.
8. Management Representative of both Hawai Chappal and Cycle Tyre & Tube Units for implementing & maintaining ISO9001:2000 Quality Systems.
9. Co-ordinate Internal Quality Audits, Management Review meetings and other Quality System Procedures.
