95% Forecast Accuracy utilizing CRM tool for forecast, funnel and closed opportunities. Generate CRM opportunities to 3X+ of quota ($1 Million) for current quarter plus maintaining for a minimum of 2 quarters in advance. Target should be maintained throughout year as opportunities close quarter over quarter.
• Account Management: Responsible for generating business for the State of Georgia Hosted Contact Center Solution.
Develop and manage Business plans for State Agencies, University System of Georgia Schools and Local/County Government agencies. Account plan should include detailed Account Structure/Organization/Key Decision Makers, Customer Contact Information, Identification of Significant Opportunities and outline strategy, dependencies and resource requirements to best align with customer requirements. Overall Tactical and Strategic elements, time based should be called out including trial and or related consulting based services for proper alignment. Partner integration and roles should also be outlined coupled with leadership insertion/roles defined in advance. Plan shall be updated on a regular basis and reviewed quarterly for top opportunities.
Develop Partner relationship/alignment matrix for all agencies.
