ADMINISTRATION AND PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
*Provided oversight to 16 court-annexed, community and contract programs serving 4000 plus citizens annually.
*In city-wide performance-based contract, program started in deficit; By 2007, exceeded performance goals by 15%.
*Increased program accountability and effectiveness through the development of logic models, outcome measures, and internal reporting procedures.

*Developed The Mosaic Project, a community-wide initiative funded by the NY Foundation, to foster constructive dialogue and interaction around the theme of living successfully with diversity in Staten Island.
*Standardized the Basic and Advanced Mediation training design, mentoring and apprenticeship of mediators.
*Designed and implemented for the Train-the-Trainer program for New York Center’s Training Institute.
*Introduced dispute resolution policies and procedures for internship programs serving youth 14 to 21 as a means to enhance youth capacity and work readiness.

*Convened meetings for the Liberian community designed to reconcile conflicting parties, address issues of concern, and build capacity. Requested to do so by community leaders and New York Police New Immigrant Initiative.
*Facilitated international meetings for the American Friends Service Committee (AFSC) Conflict Resolution Program on issues related to violence against women and smalls arms during UN meetings.
*Served as a facilitator for AFSC’s Haitian Forum, involving more than 40 stakeholders interacting in three languages, resulting in the document, “Principles for a Healthy Democracy in Haiti.”
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
*Admitted Panel Mediator for Dispute Resolution Centre, Kenya
*Certified mediator with the NY Unified Court Systems Office of ADR and Court Improvement Programs.
*Panel Mediator for City of New York Civilian Complaint Review Board and Office of Trials & Administrative Hearings.
*Requested by New York Police Department to mediate communal conflict among West African Leaders.
*Mediator for innovative Unified Court System 9/11 Small Business Mediation Project that partnered legal services, the court and mediation to facilitate the resolution of dispute arising for loan default or non-payment of rent in downtown Manhattan.
*Mediation experience includes 600 plus cases in civil, land-lord tenant, multi-party, criminal, family, employment restorative justice, and special needs arena.
*Background includes coaching and evaluating dispute resolution competency and skills
