Programming and Commissioning DCS (ABB) for 2.5Mw Power Plant, Mumbai

Ø Designed control system for a 2.5 MW co-generation power plant using an AC800F V8.1 ABB make controller. It was designed to withstand 650 IOs.

Ø Involved in interfacing various measuring instruments to the controller through modbus protocol.

Ø Had designed the system for SOE operation with a time stamping of less than 1 ms
