Room and total shop floor ,2nd management fallow of tool room.
2. Manufacturing and Planning of dies for Production as per production
Target and plan.
3. This project start by my self and my manager independently.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ON THIS ORGANISATION
1.Daily machine loading plan vs Actual output record
2.Die check sheet before and after production
3.Tool Room Planning,Loading and monitoring.
4.Die block raw material planning,Cutting and indenting.
5.Cutting tool planning,Indenting and resharpening.
6.Secondery tool (Electrode etc_) Planning.
7.Vendor out , Heat treatment and Rough machining.
8.Machune utlisation data entry.
9.Die block status updating.
10. Raw material stock updating.
11. Monthly consumption data recording.
12. Updating die history cards.
13. Die-life monitoring.
14. Receiving updating drawings and designs.
15. Program and DXF Generating
16. Tool Room machines (cnc & conv ) installation and commissioning
17. Tool Room Project handel (Talbros toolroom project made by us)
