JOB PROFILE:-

- Systematic arrangement of fabrics & accessories in the store & giving instruction to issue for cutting as per requirement.
- To over see the arrival & dispatch of grey/dyed/printed fabrics check for quantity, quality & color matching.
- To dispatch all the rejected fabric & accessories lots after checking to respective suppliers.
- Fabric & accessories reconciliation with purchase & Dyeing parties & also balance.
- Daily Inward/Outward, balance sheet & MIS reports of fabrics & accessories submit at the MD.
- Co-ordination with Merchandising, Accounts & Purchase departments regarding Fabrics, Accessories & Bills.
- Sourcing & purchasing of fabrics from Delhi & out side.
- Fabric & accessories order placement & their follow up to maintain shipment on time.
- Follow up with merchandisers, production manager & sampling Depts.
- Handling documentation for purchase department.
- Inventory control in ERP system & maintained bin card.
