Arihant Steel Tubes Pvt. Ltd. is the manufacturer of precision quality ERW & CEW Steel Tubes for Automotive, Structural & Process Industry & is under certification for TS 16946 & 14001.

Job Profile :

a) Preparation of Complete AS-IS TO BE Process for Tube Division.

b) Preparation of MASTER DATA, BOM, WORKCENTRE & ROUTING, for Tube Division, Wire Drawing Division, Autocomponent Division.

c) Full Interaction with consultants of Impementaton Partner for developing & customizing the SAP package for Arihant Group.

a) Preparing of monthly sales plan by correlating with the Marketing Dept.so as to study the customer drequirements as per their TDC’s. Also, forwarding the same to the other departments such as RM Purchase, Production ERW & CEW, Tool Crib, Quality Assurance, Despatch.

e) Planning of raw material i.e. HR/HRP/HS COILS & communicating the same to the Raw material Purchase Department so that they can communicate the same to the vendors for the on time reception of raw material.

f) Preparing of 3 days Rolling Plan & communicating the same to the Tool Crib so that they can ensure that the Rolls & Tools are ready to be used for rolling & also be prepared for the Roll Change overs.

g) Preparing of Slitting & Parting Plans, Pickling Plan for HR/HRP/HS COILS & communicating the same to the Slitting Dept. so that they can keep the material ready for the rolling. & also Communicating to the quality Dept. to ensure proper quality material is being slitted.

h) Preparing the ERW Mill plan for the ERW Tubes & communicating the same to the Quality Dept. so that they can ensure that the customer’s requirements are being fulfilled while rolling as per the Customer’s Technical Delievery Conditions (TDC). Also, communicating with the ERW Production Dept. for on time manufacturing of the Steel Tubes as per the customer’s requirements.

i) Communicating with the Despatch Dept. for on time delievery of material to the customers.

j) Keeping Constant follow up with the Marketing Engg. For addition, deletion of the customer requierments,& also receipment of the TDC’s of the customers.

k) Keeping constant follow up with the Warehouses for the stocks & sales of the Finished Goods Materials, so as to make the proper Production Schedule.

a) Preparing of monthly production plan as per the sales plan received from the customers.

b) Planning of raw material, man power, jigs & fixtures, according to the monthly production plan.

c) Planning of man power as per the monthly production requirements.
