Work Experience:
1) Worked as a HR in Diginue Technologies (p) ltd. From August 2006 till August 2007.
Role: My Job Responsibilities included the following
1. Screening of profiles from job Portals
2. Short listing the candidates based on the company’s requirements.
3. Call for an interview based on their interest.
4. Scheduling the candidates for the interviews.
5. Follow up with the selected candidates.
6. Maintain the data base.
2) Worked as a HR (IT and non-IT) Recruiter in Resonance Consultants from June 2006 to Aug 2006. Worked for clients like Robert Bosch, Subex Technologies, Oracle, ICICI Prudential life insurance company, Bajaj Allianz etc.
Technologies worked on: C, C++, Java, J2ee, J2me, Dot net, oracle etc.
Role: My Job Responsibilities included the following:
1. Screening the profiles from job portals (Naukri, Monster, Jobs ahead)
2. Short listing the candidates based on their skill, qualification and relevant experience.
3. Finding the interest of the Short listed candidates.
4. Sending the same to the client in the desirable format.
5. Informing the candidates short listed by the clients and scheduling them for the interviews with the clients.
6. Updating the candidates with the final selection and the offer being made and follow up.
7. Maintaining the database of the same.

Project Details:
MBA (4th Sem): Title: A study on HRIS at Elken International India Pvt. Ltd.
A study was conducted on Human Resource Information Systems at Elken. The entire aspect of HRIS at Elken was studied and based on that a Questionnaire was prepared and distributed among the higher and middle level management. Based on the feedback received, the questionnaire was posted on net so that every employee has an access to the same and they can fill in their respective details. Time duration was given to all the employees to answer the questions within a stipulated span of time, failure of which a reminder would be sent to them to fill up and submit the same. Henceforth, the information of all the employees was maintained.
MBA (2’nd sem): Organizational study was conducted at I.O.C.L
B.E. (6th sem): Title: Multichannel Programmable Timer
Venue: Vivekananda Institute of Technology.
Overview:
The project entitled Multichannel Programmable Timer is used to set the time to switch ‘ON’ or ‘OFF’ the devices. A program is pre-written in the chip to perform this operation and a down counter is employed, when the counter decrements to zero, the device can be turned ‘OFF’ or ‘ON’ according to the requirement. IC’s 8085, 8051, latch, switch etc. with many more components are used.
B.E.(8th sem): Title: Torque Monitoring high frequency screw drivers
Venue: MICO.
Overview:
Torque Monitoring of high frequency screw drivers is a system which helps in achieving the required torque. The main aim being to ensure that all the screws of a fuel injection pump are tightened properly with the help of a PLC interfaced with LCD to display the corresponding status of inputs and outputs. A steady torque is to be maintained in order to ensure the proper tightening of the screws. Over Current relay was used to monitor the torque. The powerful instruction set of the s7-200 micro PLC and its many applications, concepts were studies in detail.
