Executive Overview:
Responsible for the integrity of the financial information for this registered investment advisor as well as the fund accounting and investor reporting for the funds and separate accounts offered to institutional clients and high net worth individuals with investments in the US, Pan-Europe and Pan-Asia. Recruited and trained staff and upgraded financial and administrative infrastructure to support the expansion of the investment advisory business. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, annual GAAP and tax based financial statements for the consolidated Advisor and for the funds, management reporting, regulatory reporting and Sarbanes Oxley certification.
Complete administration of Registered 1940 Act Fund. Additionally, this effort included extensive work with external counsel and internal compliance officer to restructure the funds design that previously.
