Master’s Thesis:
“The Impact of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) on Business Practices in Companies in Kista Science City”
This thesis has looked mainly at the major ICT companies located in Kista Science City, Stockholm, Sweden (the 5th largest ICT cluster by its size in the world) assuming that the behavior of this ICT companies regarding their business practices will influence the behavior of others in the near future. This paper provides a framework for ICT effect for business practices in the ICT companied located in Kista. The master thesis has analyzed also, the role that Chief Information Officer (CIO) is playing in major business decisions regarding the IT strategies and their alignment with the business strategies in this ICT companies.
