Name Of Project Extraction of Secondary Metabolites from medicinal plants & its anti -Bacterial Activity against normal flora of skin.
Project Abstract I was Show the effect of Sandalwood & Turmeric extract against normal flora of skin. For that was collect leaf of particular plant, make its extract. Grow the colonies of bacteria from normal flora inAgar media. After I was check its Anti-Bacterial activity with the help of Well Diffusion &Turbidometer method. And Isolated Bacteria was conformed by Biochemical Test & Sherlock\'s MIDI which is computer analysis.
