8th AUGUST 07 to till date. : - Handling Out Bound Q.R.C with total strength of 19 executive making calls to communicate customers about the resolution of their complaints and requests.


• Leading team of 19 members of Q.R.C to ensure total satisfaction in educating customers.
• Preparation of various MIS reports for Daily Reporting on daily basis.
• Working on various Operational Flows, including Shifting, Conversion NSUB, Waiver and Scheme Migration Flow, Infotouch, Cancellation etc.,
• Enhancing & updating of MIS on regular basis.

• Handling all segments (STD / PCO, Key Accounts, SME & Residential) taking care of them and encouraging them to generate revenue.
• Taking daily feedback from all the Concern Department including Indore, Bhopal, Raipur.Gwalior& Jabalpur and Their Out locations resolving their queries and giving them back office support in coordinating with other departments within SLA (service Level Agreement).
• Maintaining Re-Raising of complaints and requests for Normal, Key / Major & STD / PCO.
• Monitoring shifting request for the entire all regions in (m.p. & c.g.) and assuring the same within the given SLA by taking follow-ups from other departments.

15th MARCH TO 7th AUGUST: - Q.R.C. (Query Resolution Cell)

• Handling all segments (STD / PCO, Key Accounts, SME & Residential, AES& Govt. Account) taking care of them and encouraging them to generate revenue.
• Request Provisioning.
• Out calling related to these issues.
• Follow up with other departments on query resolution and request provisioning. Retaining that customer who wants cancellation.
• Providing Customer Delight by solving their quarries in lesser time with 0 error.
• Having an experience of working with highly professional team in the customer care division in which the objective is to work for customer satisfaction, customer delight.
