Project: TITAN SHOWROOM
This project is specifically focused on “Cost Analysis” which means that if some amount of money is given to you then how you will start your business with that money/capital which will include all your cash inflows & outflows so that we would earn profit. Later we would be able to achieve our Break-Even point. This project is totally finance project.

Roles:
• As a Team lead responsible for managing all system integration activity in the group.
• Interacted with Manager, Staff for requirements gathering/analysis, defining scope, design, impact analysis & integration.
• Implemented business rules by using market strategies & financial concepts.
• Designed the cash flow for two years using MS-Excel & MS-Word is used for cost analysis, break even point.

Project: HEDGE FUNDS
This research project is mainly done to make the investors familiar with the Hedge funds. When I have done market survey then its came to know that many of the investors don’t know about hedge funds.

Roles:
• I am responsible for gathering the information’s & makes them aware with hedge funds.
• Interacted with the employees of different companies & asked there views about hedge funds.
• Information’s are gathered with the help of Questionnaires.
• All ways are applied to make investors familiar with hedge funds

Project: TELE-COMMUNICATION (Visual Basic)
This project is specifically made on a mobile shop because now a day almost in every shop computer is available but they don’t know how to use it for the purpose of keeping database or records of each & every customers. So that if customers come in future to no know the details regarding there mobile that on which date they have purchased the mobile etc. regarding any queries customers as well as sellers can search that particular record in the whole database very easily.

Roles:
• As myself was only there in this project so all the surveys are done by me
• Shopkeeper opinions are asked regarding this project, if these changes will be there then what will be the customer’s response.
• Shopkeeper also co-operated with me by way of giving information’s for his own shop.
• Processing of work is fast as compared to before.
• Database is made on MS-Access which is frequently as well as easy to use.

Project: BUSINESS PLAN
This project gives the knowledge that how one has to go through the procedure for starting a business. In this project I have made a business plan i.e. cottage gardening (flowers forever) in which we enter into contract or agreement to make the corporate or company and house campus beautiful. The main motive of our business to make the things available to the residential as well as corporate.

Roles:
• As me become the manager of the business & the initial investment was made by me & other partner.
• We have done the survey whether this kind of business exist in India or not.
• There no competitor present in India business till now there is no such business which creates problem for peoples.
• Before opening this business lot of survey has been made & also we get the positive response from them.
• Any business needs a response or reply from the customers.

Finance Project:
BALANCE SHEET ANALYSIS OF SYSCON LTD.
The project taught me how to analyses the balance sheet of a company with the help of which we would be able to interpret the balance sheet. This project takes lot of time to do.

Roles:
• In this project different items are considered which helps the company most.
• I was the only person who made this analysis & spends many hours on this project.
• Finance director of Syscon company has co-operated with us & help us lot in making our project.
