Promoted to primary leader of this nonprofit human service agency dedicated to crime prevention through intervention by providing transitional and support services to ex-offenders and their families. Directly, oversaw fund development, budget and accounting, marketing, human resources, and all operations. Supervised all program and support staff and performed all human resource related functions, developing volunteers and professional staff into outstanding performers.
* Developed employee handbook, application and hiring documents, organized human resource files and handle all human resource reporting.
* Orchestrated the agency expansion and turnaround; reorganized, expanded program services, increased awareness and alliances. Doubled revenues within 2 years.

* Trained, coached, and placed of 700 individuals in employment in a 2 year period.
