Designation and Job Responsibilities: -
Composite laboratory Testing and MATERIALS SUPERVISORE - (May 2006 – till date)
1. Managing the laboratory activities on a day to day basis, reporting directly to the head of the department of QA/QC.
2. Responsible for raw materials and full-scale testing mentoring and scheduling of staff.
3. Inspection and testing of all type Incoming Raw materials (like Glass, Resin and sand) and maintaining the respective document.
4. Reviews the quality control test result on a daily basis and ensure that the quality control plan is properly implemented.
5. Updated Calibration of all type of measuring and testing equipment and instruments by internal and external Independent laboratories.
6. Coordinate with TPI for Testing and Review as per ITP Requirement.
7. Coordinating in product qualification as per different international standards and certification of Quality Management System.
8. Monitoring product sample preparation for water portability, NSF and other certifications.
9. Monitoring beam deflection test of GRE pipe.
10. Monitoring marine growth test in GRP and GRP pipe.
11. Performing lux translucency tests in GRP/GRE pipes.
12. Under in my guidance DSC system is operated by the QC personals for conducting the glass transition temperature test of deferent type of composites products i.e. GRV pipe liner, epoxy pipes, fitting and other laminates.
13. Verify that the measuring/testing equipment/devices are calibrated at the required frequency, calibration records are maintained and calibration status affixed.
14. Ensure that every item manufactured meets the Quality Standards and Specifications as are laid down and is thoroughly checked and approved by the QC Inspectors.
15. Ensure all items purchased either for Re-Sale or Raw Materials are inspected and conform to the Quality Standards and Specifications lay down and are on the Group’s Approved List of Materials and Consumables.
16. Ensure checks and destruction tests are undertaken and results documented in accordance to the QC policies.

1.Responsible for the raw materials incoming inspection, online manufacturing inspection to final inspection of the product like i.e. GRP, GRE pipes and GRP- UG/AG underground fuel storage tanks.
