• Capacity calculation of the shop floor in accordance with week wise/revised schedule and to check whether there is any problem related to capacity or schedule adherence.

• Generating the Shop floor Plan level wise and area wise on the basis of weekly plans as per the schedule.

• Creation of work centers, planning of shifts, line balancing.

• Allocation of load to machines and labour, thereby achieving the plan.

• Preparing routings by conducting time study of all the processes involved in the production by including the queue time, wait time and runtime.

• Optimization of the changeovers of the machine area for improving the efficiency and machine utilization for improving the over all efficiency of the plant.

• Implementation of JIT system on the shop floor.

• Hourly Monitoring on (Plan Vs Actual) of production on all lines.

• Representing PCD & MOP’s to the management on Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly basis for (Target Vs Actual).

• Analysis of daily defect FFS/PIO as the defect occurred and implementing their counter actions through FMEA, Fishbone analysis, Pareto charts.

• Work on the Observation of the Weekly Process Audits.

• Daily Check sheet updation and implementing counteractions for abnormalities.

• Quality Circle Meetings with Quality Circle Team.

• Layout of shop floor & setting new lines.
