 Work in conjunction with HR Officer to administer all internal and external vacancies within the organisation and ensuring that each recruitment campaign is completed within set timescale.

 Ensure that the organisations recruitment and selection procedures are adhered to, and advise managers accordingly.

 Arrange and administer new starter procedures ensuring new employees receive their offer letters and Terms and Conditions of Employment within the specified period.
