DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES
Production Planning:

 Prepare the daily production Schedule.
 Do lot Allocation.
 Analyze average sales updates once in every 15 days which would help in production planning.
Process Checking:

 To check the On-going production process and rectify any problems/issues related to process.
 Minimize the non-conforming products and rejects through continuous inspection.
DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
Design new/Existing Fixtures as per need and make it available for production:

 Analyze the new equipment /machines requirement
 Design the new equipment /machines based on existing model and give to
subcontract to get the parts done.
 Assemble the parts production on receiving the product from the sub contractors
And do rework of the product if essential and hence make it available for production.
Quality Planning:

 Responsible to do Quality plan for existing and all the new design products
 Develop Manufacturing Procedure
 Develop Quality Assurance Procedures
 Provide technical specifications
 Do Technical filing Specify the machines and instruments used for the particular product Responsible to do Manpower planning

REPORTS AND DOCUMENTS
Maintain all kinds of reports and documents related to product quality

 Prepare Internal Quality Audit Reports incase of NCR
 Maintain External Complaint register-Analyze the complaint, discuss with customer/surgeon and submit the report on the action taken
 Maintain Internal Complaint register- In order to trace and take corrective action based on complaints related to internal problems such as non availability of materials, consumables, machine shutdown etc.
