• Presently working as Analytical Chemist (Quality control department) in
KINSON PHARMA, Bahadurgarh, Haryana. (Since June 2006 to till date).

Job Responsibilities:-
• Perform chemistry analysis and physical testing on API material (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient), In-Process and Finished product of tablet and liquid-oral as per relevant test Specification.
• To maintain the documents of Q.C. lab. Protocol of analysis, Certificate of analysis,
Certificate of analysis (Uniformity) & Release order of finished products.

• Monitoring and calibration of lab instruments.

• Support validation of machine used in production & Q.C. section.

• Assist in the training of other analysts.

• Prepare Master Formula & SOP of tablet and liquid-oral section.
• Maintain the BMR, BPR.& Records of quality control section according to “Schedule M”.
• Ensure the implementation of production as per formula.
• To ensure the pharmaceutical products are designed & developed in a way that takes account of requirements of GMP& GLP.
• To ensure that adequate arrangement are made for manufacture, supply and use of correct starting & packaging materials
Additional work exposure & Job Responsibilities:-

• Handle all steps of Tablet and Liquid section including batch manufacturing.

• Handle Granulation, Compression & IPQC of tablet section.

• Handle batch of expectorant, combination of Vitamins & some Enzyme preparation &.
Suspension.

• Handle batch preparation & filtration, filing, visual inspection, sealing, labeling.
