SAVVIS, Inc. February 2006-Present
Human Resources Director
Senior advisor, counsel and trusted resource for all aspects of Human Resources to management and employees. Provide strategic insight and use proven experience to translate organizational strategy into meaningful and relevant HR initiatives.
• Total responsibility for all Corporate Human Resources functions for 1,400 employees, 30 Executives, 120 Managers, 5 corporate organizations including organization design, leadership and team development, succession planning, change management, performance management, training, policy issues, retention strategies, compensation management and recruitment.
• Oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of recruiting, staffing, and talent acquisition efforts. Manage a staff of 4.
• Work with leadership to restructure Engineering and Development department to increase focus and productivity. Staff was streamlined by 7% productivity was increased by 28%.
• Collaborated with other HR Directors and Organizational Design Director to implement a new performance management process to create pay for performance culture.

• Possessed a 100% success rate in receiving favorable decisions for the organization in all six third party claims. Investigated employee relations issues in a timely manner such as employee complaints and harassment allegations; responded to EEOC and/or NLRB charges. Conducted all investigations of alleged violations of firm policy or employment laws, recommend and implement resolutions, administer disciplinary actions and terminations.
