Assembled, prepared lease documents to be used as collateral for commercial bank loans,
finalized loan transactions with proper documentation, obtained and recorded daily interest
lending rates through major financial institutions, relayed banking info, reports to management
and maintained accurate inventory of leases available to be used as collateral.
Trained, educated departmental staff for proper methods of collecting
information, calculating rates and fees, compiling forms and legal
documents, utilizing computer programs, and reporting outgoing loan packages.
Technical Abilities:
Adept at operating computer, 10-key calculator, multi-line telephone system, various
medical and laboratory machines, equipment and instruments, resuscitation equipment;
performing multiple medical procedures, CPR, and phlebotomies; calculating fees and recording
codes (CPT, ICD-9) for medical procedures; filing insurance information and scheduling
appointments.
