Managing sourcing through identification & cost effective vendors for procurement with an aim of reducing cost while improving quality & reliability for the projects.
Floating enquiries, processing quotations, conducting negotiations ,preparing comparative statements for the projects
Follow-up with vendors for timely delivery of the material in the right quantity at right place.
Keeping network maintained of the Institution sale through the distributor for Engg. College (Like: JNU Delhi, BHU Banaras, Punjab etc.)
Prepare the Pending payment customer list and Follow-up for collecting the payment from customer.
Dispatch the Materials.
