MCI was a leading Telecom Services Company providing local, long distance, International and calling card services. The application had an online Small Enhancements (SE) forum where the customer could make prioritized requests for maintenance items. It allowed the customer to order different services. Once the account was active the customer could sign-up for OAM (Online Account Manager) to View plan and service level information, View partner awards and benefits, Change Name, address, email and payment option, Review current and past statements,
Request invoice credits.

• Provided periodic status of testing for all small enhancement and quarterly projects in QA phase
• Analyzed user requirements and developed test plans, test cases, test procedures to test the GUI functionality.
• Responsible for development and maintenance of Test Case matrices.

QA Tester:
Digital Media Platform (DMP) is an ECommerce application, which allows users to download Songs, Albums, Bundles, Videos, Movies, Ring tones, Screen Savers and Wallpapers etc. In this project AOL gets the Music from third party vendor MusicNet and Video from HBO, 20th Century FOX, FX, Fuel TV and etc. This data is FTPed to the AOL servers and then Data Load (Incremental or Full load) is done to the ecommerce database with the required fields using
Ab Initio. With various customized APIs, this ecommerce application and database is used to support front end Web Interface, call centers, and for reporting purposes. Worked extensively on Order Management System (OMS), which includes Order Creation, Order History, Fraud Check, TOS, Get Item Price, License increment, License decrement and Payment Processing Emails and etc.

Responsibilities:
• Interacted with product owner, business group and the architect to thoroughly understand the requirements and prepared Test cases.
• Involved in executing functional test cases manually to meet the business requirements
• Performed extensive negative testing to make sure page validation and business validation are working properly before submitting requests to Web Server when user enters wrong data type in forms.
• Involved in Regression testing to verify the existing old functionality did not change with the new functional changes.
• Involved in integration testing to validate transactions of how my application integrates well with other external systems in AOL.
