I worked preparing daily rates, distribution of them (electronically and manually) and formulation of new regions as the company expands. I took care of rate locks loans, monitored expiration dates vs. shipped dates and follow up with investors for purchase advices. I took part in special negotiations, product selection for advertisement and worked with ops to bring new programs to our customers. I also prepared and monitored the investor applications for correspondent approval and warehouse lines. Daily reports, research projects and preparing policy and procedure for the lock department was also part of my responsibilities.

I worked with a team of consultants who were formed to transition iOwn, Inc. to CitiMortgage. I took care of general duties of the wind-down operations of iOwn, Inc. such as weekly AP functions, mail, COBRA and any correspondence for HR. Transition duties included, the lead transfers to the affiliate lenders on the site. I took care of the Customer Service mail that came to loans@iown.com. The database that drives the RateShopper piece of the site fell under my care as well. All the rates, guides, fees and loan details were set-up and reviewed regularly. Along with that was development of a training guide for the database for when the transition occurred. All of these required regular reporting and enhancement involvement.
