BHARAT DYNAMICS LIMITED was incorporated in July with the prime objective of establishing a production for guided missiles and allied equipments in the country. The company was constituted as a Public Sector Undertaking under the administrative control of the Ministry of Defense.
About the project:
Performance Appraisal is the process of evaluating the performance and qualifications of the employees in terms of the requirements of the job for which they are employed, for administration purposes including placement, selection for promotion, providing financial records and other actions which require differential treatment among the members of a group as distinguished from actions affecting all members equally.
Conclusion:
The executive staffs in BDL are in general satisfied with the present performance appraisal system, but there are some gray areas that need immediate improvement.
