Project : Biostatistical Longitudinal Analysis

This is a phrama drug composition analysis project which involves study of chemicals related to the metabolic growth. The project commits of 3 modules which study various aspects of drug designing based on the QA and QC parameters of pharma industry. Our module in this project is related to analysis of drugs which increase or decrease metabolic rate over a period of time. It involves extraction of data from flat files or source files, data designing in SAS and applying methods of analysis. The objective of this module is to generate analytical reports using procedures like univariate analysis, multivariate analysis, tabulate, analysis of variants, frequency study, summary analysis etc. The reports and graph generated by our analysis are send to drug analyst or quality analyst to inspect the reports and identifies the changes to be made in the composition. The drug analyst is supported by SAS report presentation and inference of analysis. These reports are the main basis of deciding whether a drug is suitable for release in market or not. This project provided deep insight into pharma or drug analysis. We have learned new methods like ANOVA, GLM, etc. which are easy to use but to present a meaningful presentation.

Highest phase (I, II and III) in which the drug is present for a specific indication.
