 Manage ongoing processes of department with multiple functions, including, but not limited to, new enrollment/changes, monthly billing, daily cash posting and balancing, maintaining all provider information and changes for all Military Treatment Facilities, in order to meet the contractual processing time frames and quality of work requirements.
 Oversee selection, training/development and evaluation of performance of Department Supervisors, Department Trainer and approximately 70+ Billing and Enrollment associates.

 Supervision of 16 - 30 Billing and Enrollment associates and 4 Mailroom/Fulfilment Operations staff, that includes coordination of daily workflow, delegation of job responsibilities, responsible for monthly government deadlines, preparation of employee evaluations, preparation of bi-weekly timesheets for payroll.
 Develop and implement processes, workflows, and documentation/training materials to be used for staff training – both in the Billing & Enrollment department and the TRICARE Service Centers, to ensure adherence to government guidelines and processing timeframes.
 Developing and overseeing many manual and automated processes to include: Required reporting; multiple file transmissions to the government and vendors; maintenance of required records; reconciliation between multiple systems; collection, balancing and transfer of enrollment fees.
 Interface and work with other HMHS departments, TRICARE Service Centers, vendors, Government contracting officers to seek problem prevention and resolution.

 Second shift Team Lead - Supervision of 11 full-time associates.
 Responsible for Cash Collections (posting cash to system) and inventory control of new enrollment applications.
 Previewing and data entry of new enrollment applications and enrollment change forms, monitoring monthly billing cycle and reconciliation of individual accounts.
