was recruited to come aboard this company to develop lender accounts, residential real estate and commercial accounts. My duties were quite similar to those of Fidelity National Title. My knowledge is substantial regarding lending protocol from lender-based companies to mortgage brokers-to consumer. I have been trained in lender credit scoring as well as loan processing and am familiar with all associated terminology. Likewise, I am familiar with the legalities and intricacies relating from start to finish in the real estate industry and how these transactions culminate through the title industry, as I am a notary and have assisted with close of escrow signings on a regular basis.
