PRESENT JOB PROFILE:
Presently, working as an ITES Trainer for DOEACC Centre,( an autonomous body under the ministry of Communications and Information Technology) Guwahati , since January 2005 onwards(DONER ministry funded project).
My job profile is to counsel and train up educated unemployed youths making them fully equipped in soft skills and behavioral skills to sustain them in any professional environment. I screen and shortlist the candidates for various interview processes. I also take part in other administrative affairs such as interviewing candidates in case of any vacancy arising in the organization, syllabus designing and content development are the other key areas where I have worked intensively. I have independently run training programmes at DOEACC centers Shillong and Tezpur respectively. Currently, I am also working as a free lance behavioural skills and motivational skills consultant.

Worked in Wipro Infotech Ltd. In its Guwahati Area Office as the Stores In-charge and Office Coordinator from August 2001 to July 2002.
Worked in Abhishek Motors Pvt . Ltd., a dealer of Tata Motors as the Customer Relations Officer from October 2002 to April 2003.
