• Purchasing Manager responsible for a team of nine Purchasing Agents. Directed over $7MM in purchases annually. Executed key initiatives that included negotiating national contracts/terms with vendors such as Home Depot Supply, Lowe’s and Whirlpool

• Hand picked from over 1,000 qualified associates to lead the a pilot process called “E-Speed” that automated the Arbitration Process and conducted multi-office training on procedures and compliance requirements company- wide. Tracked, monitored/evaluated and reported statistics on timely filing, outcome and cost savings benefits. This pilot saved over $50,000 in filing fees per quarter per region, netting a total over $300,000 in savings per year. Moreover, it reduced the arbitrations filing to payment timeframe from over six months to just 36 days.
